Kèr Spsvíhdinlày (Spsvíh /ˈdinləj/ [preparation] [oval]) is a subtropical Town located in the Gesiēinsu Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Spsvíhdinlày is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Spsvíhdinlày was founded by Sēr Joida̋ch 'Morale Doll' Ré̄sh Yawmē̄ Ha̋mpf̄ Edwaladr, who was culturaly Tauric.

Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Kèr Spsvíhdinlày is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kèr Spsvíhdinlày was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Kèr Spsvíhdinlày. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kèr Spsvíhdinlày lost 266 people, 372 livestock, and 34 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 48, when members of Kèr Spsvíhdinlày's militia enacted an operation to capture a particular port intact. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Kèr Spsvíhdinlày's forces.
